Shipping & Returns


Purchaser may not cancel Contracts for the purchase of Goods under any circumstances without Purchaser first reaching an agreement in writing with Seller covering Seller’s damages. Unless a cancellation schedule is agreed in the Contract, such agreement for cancellation charges must reimburse Seller for all expenses incurred, including, but not limited to, costs of purchased materials, labor costs, engineering costs, third-party service costs, and a reasonable mark-up to cover overhead and profit. 

Writers may not be returned. Other Goods purchased directly from Seller, and not through a distributor or leasing or financing company, may be returned with pre-approval by Seller’s Customer Service, provided they are in their original condition and returned within thirty days of receipt. A 20% (of retail price) restocking fee will be assessed on approved returns. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany any returns for proper credit to be given. Return Merchandise Authorization (RA) number may be obtained by contacting Customer Service.

In the event that a customer cancels their order prior to shipment before it reaches 50% completion they will incur a $500 cancellation fee should they cancel prior to shipment but post 50% completion they will be subject to the restocking fee. If the customer ordered a Custom color or paint scheme that fee will be non refundable in it's entirety.


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Repairs and Services

For all shipments we require prior notification to ensure we have the availability to service the machine. If a machine is sent in without approval it may be refused and sent back to the customer any additional cost will go to the customer.
