Almost too good

The first time I downloaded this manual was when I first purchased the writer. I found everything I needed to get up and running and then forgot about the manual. I had very few issues with the writer itself after that. The next time that rolled around that required the use of the manual I had to re-download it because I got a new computer system. Then, I stopped court reporting school for a while but went back. When I needed the manual again, I forgot that I already had it and downloaded it again. To me, this is saying a lot about this writer. IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BOMB! I have very few issues with it. I wish my software worked half as good as this writer. This manual is a great product...the few times its needed!
