Below you will find three different categories for the downloads section or you may select from the list of top items downloaded from our site.

If you need to re-install just your I2 or Bluetooth software for the machine you will want to go to the "Install packages" section. If you need assistance with doing a certain task with your machine please refer to the "Quick Reference guide" section. If you have a new computer and need to set-up your machine you will want to download the entire set-up files for Infinity as it will have everything you need to set up your machine. The set-up files contain the drivers, install packages, manuals, and quick reference guides for the writer. Please be sure to download the correct generation files for your Infinity Writer. If you are unaware of your generation of your writer please call support. 

SmartCAT/Apeiron users if you need your install package to install your software on a new computer, please contact support at 303-453-0384 and section option 2 for Technical Support. Please note you must have an active software support agreement with The Neutrino Group to get access to the install package.
